• Jonah Lewis

  Managing Partner and CEO

Jonah Lewis is the Managing Partner and CEO of Bluebird Partners. As an avid skier, he knows the value of a bluebird day. Based in Utah, he started Creo, a revenue operations firm focused on scaling GTM and revenue operations for early-stage founders and owners. He has spent his career building and running service-oriented businesses. At Bluebird he leads sourcing, diligence and day-to-day operations of each acquisition, working alongside Bluebird's partners.

• Christian Ostberg

  Partner / Head of Integration

Christian brings six years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Junior Partner in the Logistics practice, and four years as President of Darien EMS. He holds degrees in Data Science and Management Science from Stanford. At Bluebird, his focus is integration: helping the transition work beyond the closing table. A scratch golfer and four-time club champion, he knows a thing or two about keeping a steady hand.

• Lucas Li

  Partner / Head of M&A

Lucas brings eight years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Junior Partner in the Consumer practice, and two years as a Strategy Executive at ZAGG. He holds an accounting degree from BYU. At Bluebird, he focuses on acquisitions, bringing strategy and business experience to the conversation about what comes next. An avid golfer, he has put in plenty of practice at the long game, which shows through when he beats Christian or Benson in a round.

• Benson Metcalf

  Partner / Head of Finance

Benson has seen businesses from several sides of the table: strategy consulting, private equity investing and the COO's seat at a technology company. He helped execute an IPO and the sale of a software company, with experience spanning technology, manufacturing and consumer products. At Bluebird, his mix of investing and operating experience brings a practical view to evaluating businesses, with an appreciation for what happens after the spreadsheet closes and the real work begins.
